Summer Wedding at the Club at Ruby Hill

Emily and Joey’s summer wedding at the Club at Ruby Hill was one of the most special and exquisite weddings I’ve been a part of! Vanessa from Modern Elegance Weddings helped execute a day that went so smoothly!

Our day started at the venue with getting ready photos. Emily and her girls were dressed in their custom jammies and we were able to snap photos with the vintage Rolls Royce! I advise my brides have their details boxed together upon my arrival and I’ve never seen it more organized than with Emily! After some detail photos we setup a first look with Emily’s bridesmaids. We also did a first look with Emily’s dad.

Instead of seeing each other, Emily and Joey opted for a first touch. It was tearful and full of anticipation!

Once the ceremony started it became obvious the tears would keep flowing. Emily and Joey met when the cheerleaders were paired up with football players. She had made him a care package and the rest, as they say, is history! The high school sweethearts shared meaningful vows that encompassed their last 10 years since meeting.

We followed the ceremony with family portraits, bridal party photos, and sunset photos. They made their grand entrance down the grand staircase and into their reception. Emily and Joey are the kind of people that make others feel valued and are kind to all. The toasts echoed this- with lots of humor sprinkled in.

After the first dance, father-daughter-dance, mother-son dance, and toasts it was time to party!
