Oh my gosh, Keerthi and her hubby Rakesh killed their maternity photos at the Morcom Rose Garden! I met Keerthi a long time ago when I did headshots and content pictures for her blog and Instagram. Go give her a follow here if you aren’t already!
I loved the idea of taking garden maternity photos. It was the perfect setting to capture this amazing time in this couple’s lives. We were able to shoot in the garden in prime rose season. In the Bay Area, this is from May-September. The variety in color and look creates such different backgrounds; as a photographer I can’t help but feel inspired in that space!
I loved photographing Keerthi and Rakesh because they are so sweet to each other and so fun to be around. Some clients just feel like friends and that was definitely true of these two! They are expecting a baby girl, and I know she is incredibly lucky to have them as parents. As I write this, she has actually been born and they are of course in love with her!!
We had the most beautiful sunlight during our session, and you’ll see that below. You can feel the warmth and excitement between them and I think our golden hour sunlight brings that out even more. Check out some of my favorite images from Keerthi and Rakesh’s Morcom Rose Garden maternity photos!
