Memo contacted me about proposing to his girlfriend during their family photos. Elvy had just landed her dream base with the Army and he wanted to put a ring on it before she left! They are both in the military!
We planned a few details, including a location with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. At the last minute, Elvy decided to invite Memo’s family to come and help with the family photos – how perfect!!
We started out with family photos with their two year old daughter, Julia (nice name, huh?!) and then transitioned into photos of the two of them. A family member put on some romantic music…and while Elvy looked up to see why, Memo got down on one knee!!! She turned around and saw him; Golden Gate in the background and all 🙂
She of course said yes – which he drew in the sand later! You’ll see 🙂 I was so honored to document such a special moment for a special couple!
