Megan and Isaac | San Francisco Engagement Photos

He planned a beach proposal hoping she’d want to go to the beach that day. After going back and forth, Megan was convinced to spend the day at the beach with Isaac. The waves were huge and she wasn’t sure she wanted to walk on the sand dunes, where Mari Photography Studio was waiting to photograph the big surprise. Although Megan wasn’t convinced she wanted to be on the dunes, she was absolutely convinced she wanted to say YES when he asked her to marry him! Funny note…while Isaac was finding the perfect place to propose, he ran into two of their friends who had just gotten engaged. He wanted to tell Megan he ran into them at the beach…but he couldn’t or else she’d know something was up!

 

They met when he came up from Temecula to visit San Francisco. 4 years later we got to do their engagement photos in San Francisco! It’s pretty typical for people to feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. But Megan and Isaac melted into a pool of smiles because they were with each other – and they got to look into each others eyes a lot 😉 They’re the type of people that make you feel lucky just to be around them. They exude joy and excitement, and I know that will double as their wedding day rolls around.

 

Megan and Isaac, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to document such a special time in your life! The engagement season is over far too quickly…but the next chapter will be even better! Enjoy the last couple of crazy, exciting, and busy months! I’ll see you in May! <3
