This is one wedding I can NOT wait for! Karl and Ann are goofy, fun, and they have so much chemistry. I’ve known Karl as long as I can remember…and Ann is just perfect for him. Their personalities complement each other perfectly and they are in for a lifetime of fun together. And Ann is a TROOPER. We hiked around and she didn’t complain at all even though she was wearing heels.
Many of you who have been following me for awhile remember our family dog, Lucy. She was a black and white Pitbull who never spared kisses and made my family fall head over heels in love with her. Anyways, when we first found Lucy we tried to find a home for her….and Karl wanted her! We found out my dad was letting us keep Lucy when we overheard my dad telling him we were too attached 🙂
When planning the engagement session, I tell my couples to think of a location that might have meaning for them. Karl and Ann wanted to do their engagement session at the Marin Headlands because their first Valentines Day was spent there. It couples city views which Ann loves, and rolling hills and the ocean which Karl loves. The location is the perfect representation of California. The Lord gave us a sunny, 75 degree day. In February!! AND in San Francisco! Which is a rarity; it doesn’t get any nicer than that. They were gracious enough to let Greg and I bring Duke along, and Ann was sweet enough to give us her jacket when we forgot to pack his blanket. *face palm* So grateful for these two!
Karl and Ann,
Thank you so much for trusting me to document this sweet time in your lives! I had so much fun with you guys, and I know your wedding will be an absolute blast. See you guys in July!
