Frankie and Jessica | Berkeley Anniversary Session

This was such a special anniversary session! Frankie and Jessica, for their first anniversary, decided to get back into their wedding clothes. If you have these expensive and special clothes in your closet, why not use them? They were referred to me by some of the sweetest wedding clients who have referred probably 10 couples to me!

We spent the afternoon and evening taking their anniversary pictures at Tilden Park in Berkeley. After their “wedding photos”, they got into some more comfortable clothes and we continued the session. Frankie and Jessica have so much chemistry they made my job super easy 🙂 And it helps when the weather is great and the location is beautiful!

Greg and I take pictures for our anniversary every June; it’s a great way to document that year, and I’m excited to look back on our anniversary pictures later on in life. I think it will be so fun to see the changes each year brings, and see us “grow up” 🙂 If you’re looking for an anniversary session, they are some of my favorite! Extra points if you want to dress back up in your wedding clothes 🙂

Tilden Park was the perfect setting for their photos; we started in the Botanical Garden and finished by Lake Anza. The park is so huge and has so much variety; it’s  an easy favorite for portrait sessions! Lots of greenery, a beautiful lake, wooded areas, and a giant garden…what more could you want?
