Danica and Shane | Crooked Vine Livermore Winery Wedding

It was silent as Eric was delivering a heartfelt best-man toast. As he wrapped up, he told Danica to place her hand on the table and then instructed Shane to place his hand on top of hers. “Shane, I want you to really remember this moment,” he said. “This is the last time you’ll ever have the upper hand!” Of course the whole crowd erupted in laughter, and I thought it was such a great representation of their wedding day…the perfect blend of heartfelt and fun.

I think everyone in attendance would say the ceremony was a major highlight from the wedding. Chris, Danica’s brother, did an amazing job of telling their story in such a genuine and fun way. Boy goes to concert, falls in love with the cute drummer girl (from Raised Threshold), and the rest is history 🙂 In true Lopez fashion, Chris shared some wisdom from Steve Carell…just like Danica had shared some Michael Scott during Chris’ wedding 🙂

The flowers were beautiful, the decor was beautiful, and Crooked Vine was beautiful…but Danica and Shane’s wedding day was beautiful because of them. Their personalities, their family and friends, and the fun they all brought made this the best day ever 🙂

You two have so much fun together, and you were both so calm and ready to get married! Keep making each other laugh, stay connected with the community that loves and supports your so much, and always make time to tear it up on the dance floor 😉 I know your marriage will be a wild success. And probably pretty dang fun 🙂 Thank you so much for allowing Greg and I to be a part of your wedding day!
