If you’re thinking of eloping or throwing an intimate wedding, let Brittany and Michael be your example! They knew they didn’t want a long engagement; since they were anxious just to be married, they put together an intimate and stunning family-only wedding in Pebble Beach. When Brittany told me how long they had been engaged, she just said “we don’t waste any time!” When you know, you know…right?!
They rented a private residence in Pebble Beach where they were all able to stay, and brought in the most talented vendors to create a fairy-tale wedding (just look at those florals! My goodness!). We were able to take bride and groom portraits near the 18th hole of the famous Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Their family is incredibly close, and one of the sweetest moments was watching their families during the ceremony. They were all cuddled in close, holding on to each other while wiping away tears. They were in such strong support of Brittany and Michael’s marriage; the wedding day was highly anticipated by all of them. During the reception, Brittany’s family had a little family huddle and I heard lots of laughs (and some happy tears, too).
Michael gave a toast to thank their family for their love and support; he also gave a beautiful toast to his bride. She looked at him with so much love and admiration you’d think they were in a Nicholas Sparks movie 🙂 And if you’re curious why he’s carrying her in so many photos…Michael is a fireman! So of course we had to bring that into the pictures 🙂
Brittany and Michael,
Seriously – thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me document your wedding day. Although the venue and decor were stunning, what was even more beautiful was the love between you and your families. You have such a strong bond with your family and I know that will serve as such a strong foundation for your marriage!
