Jocelyn and Joel | Crissy Fields Engagement Session

This engagement session was one for the books! We had such beautiful weather in the middle of March, we found parking super easily, and there was no one at the beach in San Francisco! Win win win 🙂 We started the engagement session at Pier 7 in San Francisco. It was a pretty windy (it’s March in San Francisco after all!), so we found a little cove that was sheltered. After that we got stuck in a classic San Francisco traffic jam on the way to Crissy Fields. I don’t know why I don’t do more engagement sessions at Crissy Fields; it’s the less-crowded little sister of Baker Beach. And an added benefit – it’s not a nude beach 😉 It has such an iconic view of the Golden Gate Bridge and lots of variety. And really, really pretty light 🙂 The only bad thing is there are a few hidden rocks…and I definitely tripped and fell on my butt while I was shooting. Thank goodness the camera didn’t drop!

 

Jocelyn and Joel have so much chemistry and make each other laugh so easily. And Jocelyn has perfected the “laugh at the camera” look. And Joel became a professional at nuzzling. Pretty sure these two could be models! 🙂 They are both accountants and met at work. Apparently a lot of people in their department have ended up together…way to go accounting department! 🙂

It was a joy to document such a special time in your lives! I had a great time hanging out with you guys for a few hours. Thanks for not laughing too hard when I tripped an fell over that rock 😉
